Return & Exchange Policy
At Fusion By Sam, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer exchange within 1 day of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 1 days of receiving the order
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
- Items must be in their original condition
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized, stitched, or altered products
- Cosmetics and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved, the item must be sent back following the provided instructions. Exchanges are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Important Notes
- Color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects
- Fusion By Sam reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions
